DON’T ALWAYS SLEEP LATE ! .

Find out the reasons yourself ... WHY?

Take note...don't always sleep late!!!!!!!
Good rest and sound sleep is very important... if u don't sleep well,
The toxins in your body will accumulate... Affecting your health and your mood...

The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause..

2. Not urinating in the morning.

3. Too much eating.

4. Skipping breakfast.

5. Consuming too much medication.

6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best Cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.

8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried
Veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits is very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals.

Because….

Evening 9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de- toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in a un relaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.

Night at 11pm - 1am: The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3am: de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am: de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am: de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am: Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals.

Midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood.

Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

P/S: to all my friends even me,,please don’t take for granted to
this..even we have a lot of assignment to do, but please take  time to rest

       ok..

    • 1⁄2 tsp baking soda

My HOmetown

I stay in Kluang, Johor. Kluang is just a small town but for me its really nice town. I guess you guys know about kluang railway station right? This great place are known not only in Malaysia but also Singapore. Let me share with about this great place.

Before i begin my story, . This is simply introduction about this small and unique town located down south of Malaysia. Here it comes…

The name Kluang derives from the Malay word ‘keluang’ which means a type of flying fox or rather a type of fruit bat. These used to be plentiful in the district decades ago. They have almost completely disappeared due to the combination of hunting and destruction of their natural habitat. I was told by a local friend that pictures of bat can still be seen on road signages and boards.

Kluang is a town located roughly in the middle of the state of Johor in Malaysia. The population of Kluang district is considered small but has now exceeded 250,000 residents with more than half are centralized in the town itself

Kluang Railway Station
One of the charming places to visit in Kluang is the Kluang Railway station. The railway is surely the main highlight of this town as it cuts the town into two halves when the train passes through Kluang town. This will lead to temporary closure of the road to the town for the the train to pass. It is a common saying among local residents that when the trains approach Kluang Railway station, the entire Kluang town stands still. The station itself withstood the test of time and should be of interest for those who have passion for nostalgic photographs.

Not only about the train station people are talking about, but also about  their coffeeshop which is really famous with charcoal fire-toasted buns and traditionally roasted coffeeIt is widely claimed that the famous coffee shop at Kluang Railway Station, serves the best coffee in Malaysia (plus the shop’s specialty “Roti Bakar” - toasted bread with half boiled eggs). This local dish is available for breakfast between 7.00am and 12.00noon and for afternoon tea between 2.30pm and 6.00pm. The coffee shop now has expanded into franchise business and more outlets are available in major cities including Kuala Lumpur.

You know what, this is place that I will go 3 times a week just only to buy their damn good toasted bread..huhuhu

Below are some photo that I can share with you..

The famous Kluang RailCoffee outlet

Worker preparing the toasted bread

Up there Is 2 marvelous stuff that you must try if u have been in Kluang…coffee and toasted bread.
I think everybody know the "O" in kopi-O means coffee without   milk but I think people will baffled by the word kopi-OO on the wall menu inside the quaint Kluang Railway Coffeeshop in Kluang.
This leads to a guessing game about what it means and to put the matter to rest, Actually kopi-OO means coffee without milk or sugar. So when you come to this stall make sure that you recognize the menu first before you make an order..hihiiii =)
This shop is located at Railway Station. Open from 6.30am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 6pm daily except Thursdays.
So make sure guys if you have been in Kluang don’t forget to step on feet here cause if you don’t do so im sure you will regret..
Psssttt.. I heard that the owner of this shop us their home-made kaya for the toasted bread, so wonder  la if their toasted bread taste like a heaven!!    ^^
